Carroll County Memorial Hospital has issued a warning to the public regarding phone scams involving individuals fraudulently impersonating the hospital.

CCMH receives excellence award
Carroll County Memorial Hospital’s Outpatient Rehabilitation Services department has been named a 2025 Human Experience (HX) Guardian of Excellence Award winner by Press Ganey, the global leaders in healthcare experience solutions and services. This award is part of Press Ganey’s annual ranking of the top hospitals and health systems in the country, according to performance in Outpatient Rehabilitation patient experience.

Ken Marshall Cox, 85 of Higginsville, formerly of Dover, passed away Tuesday, March 24, 2026, at Lafeyette Regional Hospital.

Roger Donald Riley
Roger Donald Riley, born Aug. 29, 1926, passed away on Jan. 18, 2026 at the age of 99. Don grew up in Waverly, the only child of Frank and Lucile Riley. He graduated from Waverly High School in 1944.
