Grants Announced for 4-H, FFA Youth Service Projects
Missouri Director of Agriculture Announces Grants for 4-H, FFA Youth Service Projects Seventeen youth organizations will receive funds for 2026. (JEFFERSON CITY, Mo.) – Director of Agriculture Chris Chinn announced that 17 youth groups from across Missouri were awarded grants from the Missouri Department of Agriculture’s 2026 Building Our American Communities grant program. Seven local chapters of the National FFA Organization and 10 Missouri 4-H clubs statewide have been awarded funds for their community service projects this year.

The Husker boys had three games last week including two conference match ups. The first game of the week was with an old rival, the Richmond Spartans.

Husker Wrestling had one meet on the agenda last week, and now prepares for districts and possibly beyond.

Lady Huskers Get Two Big Conference Victories on the Week
The Lady Huskers hosted Richmond on 2-3-26 at the East Gym. in an MRVC East contest. The teams had played previously with Richmond winning in the Husker Classic by convincing fashion, 4928. Chloe Tyler came out hot again in the opening period dropping 9 points to the Lady Spartan's 8. Ada Stoner swatted a shot in the frame and had an assist as well.
