Below is a summary of Department Reports: There are no items under Utilities Committee which puts the first action item on the agenda under Administration Committee. It is the presentation of the 2025 Audit completed by Gerding, Korte and Chitwood. The audit was reviewed by staff and is recommended to the Board for approval. The City's assets and deferred outflows of resources exceeded its liabilities and deferred inflows at the close of the most recent fiscal year by $51,738,993 (net position). The City's total net position increased by $6,265,574. The City's revenue bonds payable decreased $860,000 due to scheduled bond payments and increased 8,855,922 due to new issuance. The City's total debt increased $7,727,666 due to scheduled payments and new issuance.
