Reforming the juvenile justice system
As we reach the halfway point of the legislative session, we are proud of the progress made so far this year. Several bills have moved through committee, been debated on the Senate floor, and are now advancing to the Missouri House of Representatives.

Coffee with Commissioners
Over the past month, Lafayette County Commissioners have been travelling around the county to visit with residents in a series of meetings called “Coffee with the Commission.” On Tuesday, March 3, they visited The Gas Spot in Alma and met with approximately 30 guests. Winter is sure to return for that one last blast before “turning a new leaf”. One thing is for sure; spring weather has already had an impact on us and the region. One could only wonder if this is a sample of what is coming this spring season.
